Carlos Rosas age 41 of South Chicago passed on July 20,2020. Carlos was loved by many people; He had many friends and would make new ones everywhere he went. Carlos had a charm to him, and always had a smile on his face and had a way of making people feel welcome and important. Carlos was an ambassador for Calumet Fishery. He was a manager there for 25 years. He loved what he did and was proud of the establishment. He would tell people the history of Calumet Fishery. He made sure to always greet everyone with a warm smile and hello. Carlos was a family man, always keeping his family as priority in his life. He was the kind of guy that would do for others before he would do for himself. Young Carlos grew up on 96th and Exchange. He went to Marsh grade school and attended George Washington H.S. and Hospitality institute of Chicago. Beloved son of Eusebio and Maria Rosas. Adored brother to Jaime, Esperanza, San Juana, Martin and Chevo. Carlos will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
