Alex Negrete Armas

Alex Negrete, Age 18, Of Calumet City, Passed away on August 12, 2022. Alex was one of the most extraordinary people to have known in your life. He would always put his family before himself in the most selfless manner. He would find a way to put a smile on your face no matter what the situation. He would do anything possible to make his family proud and to show the man he had become, no matter what the circumstance he always found a way to surpass any obstacles in his path. He loved to always look his sharpest, whether it be suits or athletic wear he managed to make it work in his favor. He was a man that many friends and family could look up to whether you needed a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on he wouldn't think twice to be there for you. Fearless of experiencing new things in life. One of a kind as many friends and family would say. Alex was survived by his mother, Lordes Armas, his stepfather Armando Salinas, who raised him since a small child, and his loving brothers Israel, Marcos, Jairo, Isai, Armando, and Christopher. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers. The Visitation will be held at Sadowski Funeral home 13300 S. Houston Ave, Chicago, Illinois 60633 Friday, August 19, 2022, 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. Additional visitation for friends and family will take place at All Saints Catholic Church, 570 Sibley St, Hammond Indiana 46320, Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 10:00 am, Following Burial service at ST. John St. Joseph cemetery Hammond Indiana
