Nicole Katherine Matkovich age 46 of South Chicago passed away June 4, 2019.  Nicole was a loving mother, a friend, and someone that would try to bring a smile to all that came in contact with her.  Her infectious smile could light up a room.  She loved to fish, watch movies with her kids and grand kids and loved having family time.  It was important to her that her children and grandchildren always knew that she loved them.  She could not state it enough.  She had a maternal instinct and would make others feel like she in fact was their mother.  She would welcome all with open arms and was never one to turn people away.  Loving mother to Josh, Nick and Timmy. Adored grandmother to Sabastian, Xavier and Isaiah. Visitation will be on Saturday, June 15 from 6 PM until 8 PM at Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch: 13300 S. Houston Ave. Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). Prayer service to commence at 7 PM.
