Lisa A. Hernandez-Vlasatik (nee Kulik) age 51, of Justice passed away on September 5, 2017. Lisa was a devoted mother and wife, and she enjoyed friendships, raising her dogs, word searches and crossword puzzles. Beloved daughter of late Thomas and Annamae Lewis, loving wife of Michael Vlasatik, cherished mother of Krystal (Matthew) Langford, Erika (Orlando) Cadenas, Brittany Escobar, Dawn Almanza and Michael Vlasatik. Dearest grandmother of Aryana, Alexandra, Orlando II, Alexa, Jacobi, Rosalyn and Brianna. Loving sister of Ronald Lewis and Ronda Follis. Visitation will be on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 10 AM until 4 PM at the Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch 13300 S. Houston Ave. Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). Prayer service to commence at 2 PM with Pastor Adam Malak officiating. Interment private. Lisa will be dearly missed by family and friends.
