Jonathan Diaz age 22 of Chicago, IL passed away on July 8, 2017. Jonathan was a hard worker, self-motivator and loved playing soccer. Jonathan enjoyed spending his time with family and friends. Beloved son of Socorro Salgado and Roberto Diaz. Loving brother of Nancy, Marlene, and Edwin. Cherished uncle of Alexander and Amani. Dearest friend of Esmeralda. Loved by his extended family, the entire Cadenas family. Visitation will be on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 3 PM until 9 PM at the Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch 13300 S. Houston Ave. Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). A visitation will also be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 9 AM until 10 AM at Immaculate Conception Church of South Chicago. Funeral Mass to commence at 10 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Jonathan will be dearly missed by family and friends.
