John M. Garcia age 64, of Hegewisch passed away on January 22, 2018. John was a retired Contractor after many years of service. He was devoted to his family and friends. John was honest, kind and the most helpful person. Beloved son of late Alejandro and Maria Garcia, loving husband of Norma Garcia, cherished father of John Garcia, Vivian (Matthew) Barrett, Edward Garcia, Joseph Garcia, and Andrew Garcia, dearest grandfather of Adriana, Jonathan, and Alice, loving brother of Beatriz, Martha, Gaudalupe, Maria, Del, and Rosario, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 3 PM until  9 PM at the Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch 13300 S Houston Ave Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). Prayer Service to commence at 7 PM. Interment private. John will be dearly missed by family and friends.
