Ignacio López, age 78 of Chicago. Passed away peacefully on January 6, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife, Mercedes. Loving father to Mercedes (Calvin). Proud and loving grandfather to Domingo (Samantha) and Isabella. Great Grandfather to Layla and Oliver. Loving son in law Mauricio (Alicia). Fond brother to Joaquina (Baltazar). Cherished Uncle, Brother in law and friend to many. Ignacio will be missed for his witty personality, love of music, cooking, fishing, and traveling the world with Mercedes. Ignacio's favorite place would be sitting near the ocean side, where he could hear the ocean waves and would be at peace.
