Geraldine I. Olejniczak (nee Slusarczyk) age 80 of Hegewisch, passed away on December 3, 2021. Geraldine grew up in Hegewisch and graduated from CVS School in Chicago. She was a beautician in Hegewisch for 50 years before retiring. She greatly enjoyed her work and was passionate about styling hair. Geraldine married Robert Olejniczak in 1963, and both were devoted Parishioners of St. Florian Church.

Beloved daughter of late Ted and Irene Slusarczyk. Loving wife of late Robert Olejniczak. Loving mother of Candace Cristia. Beloved sister of late Dorothy, late Ted, late Teage, and MaryJane. Cherished grandmother of Amanda Cristia and Adam Cristia. Dearest aunt to many nieces and nephews. Fond of friend of many.
