Enriqueta B Rebeles, a devoted caregiver and loving soul, passed away on May 8, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and warmth. Born on February 27, 1944, in Matamoros, Mexico, Enriqueta dedicated much of her life to providing care and comfort through her work at El Valor for many years. Her commitment to her career reflected her deep kindness and nurturing spirit.

Enriqueta was a proud and loving mother, who took immense pride in providing for her family. She is remembered fondly by those who knew her as a woman who embraced life’s simple joys, including her cherished hobbies of gardening and cooking, which brought beauty and nourishment both to her home and her loved ones.

She was the beloved wife of the late Fred "Kika" Rebeles, with whom she shared a life marked by devotion and partnership. Though he preceded her in death, their bond remains a treasured part of her memory.

Enriqueta is survived by her loving children: Robert D. Rebeles (Jackie) and Jerry Rebeles, and in loving memory of her late son, Fred "Berie" Rebeles. Her family further expands into cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Bobbie D. Rebeles, Edward R. Rebeles, Andrea M. Rebeles, Analia M. Rebeles, and Jude M. Rebeles, all of whom carry forward her legacy of love and family unity.

Her life will be honored during a viewing held on May 16, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sadowski Funeral Home located at 13300 S Houston Ave, Chicago, IL 60633, where friends and family may gather to pay their respects and share in memories of a remarkable woman. Prayer Service to commence at 7:00 PM., followed by Time of Remembrance where Friends and Family will be provided an opportunity to share memories, stories, or jokes, in memory of Enriqueta.
