Diane Rank age 73 of Calumet City passed away on November 5, 2019. Diane was known as a fun, open and friendly person. She enjoyed getting out of the house whenever possible to visit family and friends, and especially enjoyed the company of her grand kids. Diane found great joy in spending a day at the beach, attending fairs and playing slots at the casino. She also enjoyed shopping and attending baseball games. Diane was an animal lover, and especially loved dogs and cats. Diane was a goodhearted and caring woman who had a fantastic memory. She loved her husband Bob dearly, and they were a perfect match for each other. Beloved daughter of George and Grace Grosshauser, loving wife of Robert E. Rank, loving mother of Michael Koechle, cherished step-mother to Luann Fugiel, James Koechle, and Donna Vinardi. Devoted grandmother  to Mason, Grace, RJ, Jody, Janelle, Robert, Ariel, Travis, Brady, Victoria, Chris, Natalie, Mikey, Mike, Jolene, Carrie & many more Great Grandchildren, Husbands & Wives.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 3 PM until 8 PM at Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch: 13300 S. Houston Ave. Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). Funeral service to be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 10 AM until 11 AM. Prayer service to commence at 11 AM for Interment at St John-St. Joseph Cemetery of Hammond, IN. Diane will be deeply missed by family and friends.
