Celia Gonzalez age 86 of the East Side formerly of Jalisco, Mexico passed away on September 3, 2017. Celia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a very social, nurturing, and compassionate person. Beloved daughter of late Maria and Manuel Gonzalez, loving wife of late Luis Sandoval, cherished mother of Concepsion Gonzalez, late Francisco Sandoval, Ofelia Alvarez, Fernando Sandoval, Rosalina Alvarez, and late Luis Sandoval. Loving grandmother of Iliana, Ricardo, Cynthia, Elizabeth, Daisy, Nancy, Sandra, Noelia, Mariela, Fernando, Sergio, Cristina, Miguel, Angelica, Jose, Marcos, late Noelia, Gerardo, Jessica, Yesenia, Jennifer, Erik, Luis, and Ricardo.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 2 PM until 8 PM at the Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch 13300 S. Houston Ave., Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM. Prayers from Chapel at 9:30 AM for a 10 AM Funeral Mass at St. Kevin Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Celia will be dearly missed by family and friends.
